Treatment of Flu and Sore Throat

-Cut Garlic into small pieces
-Put them in your mouth by your cheeks
-Try to suck the liquid in the garlic.
You may need to squeeze the garlic in your mouth to get more liquid.

4. Gargling with salt water:
If there’s an inflammation, salt and water work on making it fade and in turn less painful.

5. Drinking hot beverages:
This maybe the most repeatable advice you will ever receive from doctors, especially when it comes to flu and stuff like that, it’s better to stay away from drinks with caffeine.

6. Gargling Oxygen Water:
It kills bacteria and it’s very recommended and popular among doctors when it comes to sore throat.

7. Pomegranate:
It’s an anti-oxidant and it helps reduce inflammation and pain, you better make a juice with a lemon on top, maybe an umbrella too, and drink it while watching TV.
